About

Design where every detail has a purpose.

I'm Titta Winquist, founder and designer at Studio Titta in Helsinki.

Titta Winquist, founder and designer at Studio Titta.

My background is in interior design, visual design and digital work. I have always been drawn to how colour, form, material and detail shape the way something feels — and to how good design can make things not only more beautiful, but clearer and easier to use.

I used to design spaces. Now I design websites and visual identities.

The thinking behind it has stayed surprisingly the same.

In a well-designed room, every element has its place. The eye finds what matters without being told, the whole feels balanced, and small details finish the experience. I approach designing a website in exactly the same way.

Less, but more considered.

Studio Titta's design philosophy rests on clarity, calm and intent.

I love Scandinavian minimalism — but not the kind polished into perfection, and not the kind without a personality. What interests me more is warmth, naturalness, the feel of something made by hand, and a touch of imperfection: the one detail that makes the whole thing its own.

So I don't want to fill a website with things simply because that's how it's usually done.

I'd rather ask: what does this business actually need? What's worth showing, what can be left out, and what will make someone pause?

A good result feels simple, even when there is a great deal of thinking behind it.

Digital design made for people.

To me a website isn't just a collection of pages, words and buttons. It's a digital space where a business meets a person.

That's why, alongside the visual identity, I pay close attention to rhythm, movement, typography, empty space and the way a visitor moves through a page. Even small details can build atmosphere and make an experience intuitive, engaging and memorable.

Technology and new tools keep opening up new possibilities here. I use modern digital and AI-assisted tools in my work, but technology is never the point in itself.

Its job is to help realise the idea better.

People come first.

Studio Titta

I founded Studio Titta as a place for the work I want to do in my own way: calmly, curiously and with real attention to detail.

I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and businesses who value good design and want to build something that feels genuinely theirs — not something off the shelf.

I don't believe every brand should look the same, or follow every trend.

I believe in timeless design, in details with character, and in the idea that the best solutions come from listening first.
